As an Online Web Chat Associate at Expedia, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. You will assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues they may have during their online experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance with bookings, reservations, and any other inquiries. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 4. Utilize analytical skills to track and monitor customer interactions and identify trends for improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values in all interactions with customers.
Requirements: 1. Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling. 2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 3. Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude towards customer service. 4. Innovative mindset with the ability to make decisions independently. 5. Comfortable with using technology and online systems for customer support. 6. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
