Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Jarden is seeking an entry-level Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, driven, and possess excellent attention to detail and cooperation skills. As an Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service - Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages in a timely manner - Document all customer interactions and update customer records accurately - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support operations - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online chat platforms - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
