Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

DAMAC Properties is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Manager in Dubai, UAE. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel. 3. Train and supervise a team of online chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all customer touchpoints. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously enhance the web chat experience.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in managing online web chat operations, preferably in a customer service or sales environment. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. 3. Adaptable and driven personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 4. Excellent time management and project management skills to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
