Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Textron is seeking an experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in online customer service and chat management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online web chat operations, including handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support - Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through online chat platforms - Train and mentor chat representatives on best practices for communication and problem-solving - Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all customer touchpoints - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously optimize chat operations - Continuously innovate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the online chat experience for customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online chat management and customer service - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat management software and CRM systems
