Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description: Icahn Enterprises is currently seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess a strong sense of independence and resilience.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through online web chat - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Work closely with team members to ensure efficient communication and cooperation - Meet and exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
