Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

MGM Resorts International is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our online customers through web chat communication. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies. 3. Use active listening and empathy to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex customer inquiries. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. 7. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong project management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Creativity to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems. 4. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling. 5. Ability to work independently within established guidelines and procedures. 6. Proficiency in using web chat software and basic computer skills. 7. Must be fluent in English and any additional languages is a plus.
