Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Kohl’s is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions on our website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through online chat. - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team. - Maintain a deep understanding of Kohl’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers. - Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer interactions.

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated individual with strong communication skills. - Attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - Proficiency in typing and computer skills. - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
