Interpublic Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the digital marketing industry. As an Online Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat conversations, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Educate customers about our products and services - Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments - Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Contribute to team goals and objectives
