Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Burlington Stores is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are driven and hardworking, with excellent presentation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance and support with their inquiries and concerns - Deliver personalized service to ensure a positive customer experience - Utilize knowledge of products and services to recommend appropriate solutions to customers - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
