Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

SanDisk, a leading technology company, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online web chat to provide support, answer questions, and assist with troubleshooting product issues - Build rapport with customers and provide a high level of personalized service - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling products and services - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality with a passion for helping customers - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to adapt communication styles to different customer preferences - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Experience using chat software and customer relationship management tools - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service goals
