Remote Support Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Support Assistant to join our team at Burlington Stores in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Assistant will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Research and gather information to assist customers with their requests - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and outstanding customer service - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and potential improvements to the support process

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong research skills to effectively troubleshoot customer issues - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software - Prior experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus
