Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Support Assistant to join our team at Dubai Marina. As a Remote Support Assistant, you will provide assistance to our remote teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. This is a part-time entry-level position with a required minimum of 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to staff members and customers - Assist with technical issues - Communicate effectively through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of support interactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues - Provide feedback to improve processes and systems
