Support Associate

Job Description:

Jarden is seeking a driven and energetic Support Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers effectively. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures. 7. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Must be driven and energetic, with a positive attitude towards customer service. 6. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
