Job Description: The Support Associate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support for SanDisk products. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. The Support Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Support Associate will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to SanDisk products. 3. Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve support processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. 7. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions. 8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes.
Requirements: 1. Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong independent problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent people management and communication skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 5. Prior customer service or technical support experience is a plus. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
