Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Rockwell Automation is seeking a passionate and resourceful Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in the technology industry. The Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues for our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers. 6. Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed. 7. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Resourceful with the ability to think outside the box to solve problems. 3. Strong people management skills. 4. Effective decision-making abilities. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 7. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting.
