Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Principal Financial in Dubai. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the department, and driving the achievement of team goals.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing coaching, training, and guidance as needed. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. - Oversee the resolution of customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team performance. - Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. - Solid time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
