Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team at Bank of America Corp. in Dubai, AE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational support functions of the bank, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to support the overall business objectives. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure team members are aligned with the bank's goals and objectives. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of support functions and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. 4. Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support services. 5. Resolve escalated issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence. 6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in support operations.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in a support management role within the banking or financial services industry. 2. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization. 4. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for innovation and process improvement. 6. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
