Job Description - Support Manager

Job description:


BB&T Corp. is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. The ideal candidate will be at a mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support operations of our company, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall support process - Monitor support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new support team members - Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company - Handle escalated client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other managers to ensure a seamless customer experience


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a support management role - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong negotiation and teamwork skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven track record of successfully managing a support team - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
