Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Support Manager to join our team at U.S. Bancorp in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of support staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support staff, including training, coaching, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support operations. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage teamwork and employee engagement. 6. Provide regular reports to senior management on support team performance and key metrics. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in support operations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in support management or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers and team members. 5. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
