Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and driven Support Manager to join our team at Fidelity National Information Services in Abu Dhabi. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support specialists to provide timely and effective support to clients - Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the support team and make necessary improvements - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on support team performance and customer feedback


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer support or client services role - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience managing a team is preferred - Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
