Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

Newmont Mining is seeking a driven and dedicated Remote Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support technicians to ensure timely and effective support for all users - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the remote support team - Monitor and analyze support ticket trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address escalated support issues - Provide regular reports to senior management on support team performance and key metrics - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in remote support - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) - 6+ years of experience in remote support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders - A cooperative and collaborative mindset - Experience working with remote support tools and software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
