Job Description: As a Support Manager at Markel in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business. You will work closely with the team to provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team meets company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support staff to provide excellent customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the support team. 3. Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 4. Communicate regularly with the team to provide feedback, updates, and guidance on performance and goals. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and effective manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of support services. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support management role. 3. Excellent leadership and communication skills. 4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Dedication, hardworking attitude, research, and planning skills are essential. 8.
