Job Description:
Biogen is seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Manager to work remotely from Dubai. The Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring that all customer queries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze customer support performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a professional and efficient manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and onboard new support staff - Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the support team
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position - Strong leadership and communication skills - Exceptional problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
