Support Manager - Work from home

NextEra Energy is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and is ideal for individuals with at least 5 years of experience at an Associate Level.

As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to our team members, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our support services. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and overseeing the day-to-day support operations.

Key responsibilities: - Providing support and guidance to team members - Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the support team - Collaborating with other departments to improve support processes - Training and mentoring new team members - Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions - Conducting research to stay current on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a similar role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
