Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Norfolk Southern is seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Liaise with other departments to resolve customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
