Job Description:
Lennar is seeking a part-time Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This is an associate level position, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and coordinating meetings - Respond to inquiries from employees and clients in a timely manner - Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as needed - Assist with organizing company events and activities - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the office
Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with excellent time management skills - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
