Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

MetLife is seeking a highly motivated Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will involve working from home, providing essential support to our operations in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team and management. 2. Assist with data entry, file management, and document preparation. 3. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department. 4. Conduct research and compile reports as needed. 5. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives. 6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Proven ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think critically and come up with innovative solutions. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
