Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Nordstrom is seeking a part-time Support Officer to work from home in Dubai. As an entry-level role, the Support Officer will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and clients, as well as supporting the overall operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, possess strong teamwork and negotiation skills, and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist with order processing and tracking - Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes - Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
