Support Representative

Job Description: Yum Brands is seeking a passionate and driven Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers using our products or services - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction - Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures - Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and driven to provide exceptional support - Strong planning and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
