Support Representative

L Brands, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience, and we are looking for individuals who are driven, hardworking, and possess strong presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, issues, and complaints. 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the business.
