Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Qualcomm is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to customers around the world. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, have strong negotiation skills, and excel at making quick decisions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical solutions - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless support experience for customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Strong communication skills - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
