Job Description:
As a Support Representative at FirstEnergy in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our database accordingly.
Responsibilities: - Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions - Innovative mindset and adaptability to new challenges
