Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team at Toys “R” Us in Abu Dhabi, AE. In this part-time position at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our remote customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a resourceful and dedicated personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience with remote support tools is a plus
