Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Representative to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport Services in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively address customer needs and concerns - Use innovation to develop creative solutions and improve customer experience - Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation - Build strong connections with colleagues and treat them like an extended family - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Reliable and dependable work ethic - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Innovative mindset and willingness to suggest new ideas - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
