Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Support Representative to join our team at Dubai Duty Free. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through various communication channels while working from home. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide support to customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and general information - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in improving customer support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong people management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
