Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

NCR, a leading technology company, is seeking a Support Representative to work from home in Dubai. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being adaptable and reliable, as well as demonstrate soft skills such as attention to detail and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's system. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless support experience for customers. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
