Job Description:
Frontier Communications is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires a resourceful and energetic individual who possesses strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-line technical support for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to internet, phone, and television services. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions for new customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on new products and services to better assist customers. 7. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless support experience.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 3. Ability to think on your feet and be resourceful in problem-solving situations. 4. High level of emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must be proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 7. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
