Support Specialist

Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and dedicated personality.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Assist internal teams with administrative tasks and project coordination. 4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role. 3. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
