Support Specialist

Job Description:

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry-Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Assist with training new employees on company products and processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. 3. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. 4. Cooperative team player with excellent critical thinking skills. 5. No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must.
