Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Simon Property Group, a leading real estate investment trust based in Dubai, is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and adaptable, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to employees and clients - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner - Install and configure software and hardware - Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions - Assist with network and security maintenance - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and systems - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices - Experience with remote desktop software - Certifications in IT support are a plus
