Support Specialist Job Description:

DTE Energy is seeking a motivated and energetic Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least one year of experience who are looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to team members and clients by managing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in project management tasks, including coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met - Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners to build strong relationships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless workflow and optimal performance - Assist in organizing and implementing various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records - Contribute to the overall positive working environment by fostering teamwork, positivity, and collaboration among team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance and efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence - Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
