Job Description:
Yum Brands is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Support Specialist to join our team in a part-time, work-from-home position based in Dubai, AE. As an entry-level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Assist with creating and updating support documentation - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently
