Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Support Specialist to work from home in Abu Dhabi, AE on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will join our team at the Associate Level and should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company database. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions. 7. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
