Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform. 2. Assist customers in navigating our website and finding the information they need. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if needed. 4. Provide product recommendations and answer questions about our services. 5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. 2. Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. 3. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role. 4. Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
