Web Chat Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Assistant to join our team at CH2M Hill in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are seeking candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Work independently to manage chat queues and prioritize tasks efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Innovate new ways to improve the web chat process and enhance customer interactions

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web chat environment - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Independent and motivated with a strong work ethic - Familiarity with web chat software and customer relationship management systems
