Tractor Supply is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist with order processing and tracking - Conduct research as needed to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Strong project management skills - Excellent research abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online systems
