Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: HD Supply Holdings is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant, working from home in Dubai. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold company values and standards - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in online communication

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent planning and project management skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Ability to work part-time hours and weekends as needed
