Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Abu Dhabi. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide support and guidance - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product-related issues - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Use innovative approaches to problem-solving and providing exceptional service - Conduct research to find answers and solutions for customers

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Experience with online chat platforms preferred but not required - Proficient in basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software applications - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
