Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Tesoro is seeking a Web Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through web chat - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Upsell products and services to increase sales - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Meet KPIs and targets set by management

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong persuasion and people management skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task and work under pressure - Knowledge of CRM systems and web chat platforms - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
