Web Chat Associate

Job description:

Gap is seeking a motivated and driven Web Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat system.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently through the web chat platform - Provide product information, sizing guidance, and assistance with online orders - Proactively engage with customers to promote sales and drive revenue - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and sales goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong presentation skills and ability to engage customers in an online setting - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
